The Publication The Bingo Bugle, founded in 1980, is the largest network of entertainment newspapers in North America. Bingo Bugle reaches over 1,000,000 readers coast to coast with an entertaining and informative newspaper.

Circulation Each edition of the Bingo Bugle is produced and distributed by a franchised publisher in major centers across the United States and Canada. Over 95% of each paper's circulation is available free of charge in bingo Halls and at news racks. Mail subscriptions are available.

Audience Character Advertisers with an investment in gaming, entertainment, travel, dinning, personal care, personal financing, leisure activities - who offer products or services that adds to the enjoyment of leisure pursuits - will find the Bingo Bugle unmatched in its ability to deliver a highly receptive, enthusiastic audience of individuals unafraid to gamble on a good time.

Payment and Commissions In most cases. advertising is billed upon publication and is due and payable with 30 days of the invoice date. Recognized advertising agencies with electronic copy will receive a commission of up to 15%.

Multiple Edition Discounts Advertisers earn discounts for advertising placed in multiple editions: up to a maximum of 30%

    Premium Position Bingo Bugle has full positioning latitude on all advertisements including Premium positions.

    Ownership of Advertising Copy All advertising copy which represents the creative efforts of Bingo Bugle and/or the utilization of creativity, illustrations, labor, composition or material furnished by it, is and remains the property of the Bingo Bugle, including all rights or copyright therein. Advertisers cannot authorize photographic or other reproductions, in whole or part, of any such advertising copy for use in any other medium without the express written consent of Bingo Bugle.

    Taxes on Advertising In the event of any federal, state, provincial or local taxes are imposed on the printing of advertising materials, or on the sales of advertising space, such taxes shall be assumed and paid by the advertiser.

    Rejection and Editing of Advertisement Bingo Bugle may at its sole discretion edit, classify, reject or cancel at any time any advetising submitted by the advertiser.

    Liability for Errors The Bingo Bugle is Not responsible for any errors in ads.

    Advertising Deadlines Space reservations, insertion orders and advertising copy which is not electronic format must be received by the 10th of the month prior to publication. Electronic format copy must be received by the 15th of the month prior to publication.
